Introduction to Stanford Marketing

We discussed a brief overview of Stanford Marketing, the associate program, and key dates/logistical information. We then got into small groups and brainstormed how we would go about marketing a fun product (e.g. Snuggies for dogs).

Marketing Fundamentals with Theresa Lina Stevens

Wednesday 10/12

For this workshop, we welcomed our faculty advisor, Theresa Lina Stevens, who gave an overview on various marketing fundamentals, including Porter's Five Forces, the Four P's, market segmentation.

We discussed various go-to-market strategies and how to bring a new product or feature to market.
